Church Officers

Please find below an introduction to our Church Officers and Parochial Church Council members.
 

Revd Lorraine Moffatt		Revd Linda Macluskie
Lorraine is originally from Lancaster and has family in Morecambe.  As well as being part-time Curate for Sandylands St John at Heysham, Lorraine is our church Curate in Charge and lives in Overton at the Vicarage.		Linda is our Priest-in-Charge, the Area Dean for Lancaster & Morecambe Deanery and Vicar of Sandylands St John at Heysham.
Chris Mashiter		Sheila Barlow
Chris is our Churchwarden (number 1) and she lives in Middleton, the village next to Overton. Christine was previously a churchwarden at St Helen's for many years up to a few years ago and has taken on the role again in 2018.		Sheila is our Churchwarden (number 2).  Sheila lives in Overton and has always played an active role at church.
Janet Purvis		Carole Roberts
Janet is Secretary of the PCC.  Janet lives in Heysham and plays a big role in our church family keeping meeting minutes and church records up to date as well as helping to organise church and community events.		Carole is Treasurer of the PCC.  Carole lives in Overton but spends a lot of her time dedicated to raising funds and collecting goods to help refugees from the Middle East in Europe and the UK.
